Cranberry Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla .
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon .
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries .
  • 1/2 c day-old French bread cubes .
  • 1/3 c nonfat milk .
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar .
  • 1 tbsp egg substitute

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #2 Toss together bread cubes & cranberries; place this in a 6-oz custard c; if doubling recipe you can use a small casserole dish.
  • Step #3 Stir together milk, egg substitute, brown sugar, vanilla & cinnamon.
  • Step #4 Pour over bread mixture; bake 22 to 25 mins or until knife inserted in center comes out clean; cool slightly, serve, enjoy.
