Raspberry Bavarian Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (1/2 oz) package sugar-free raspberry gelatin .
  • fresh raspberries, to decorate .
  • 1 3/4 c low-fat evaporated milk, chilled .
  • mint sprigs, to decorate .
  • 1 (14 oz) can raspberries in juice

Directions
  • Step #1 Drain raspberries over a bowl, reserving juice.
  • Step #2 Add enough water to juice to make 1-1/4 c.
  • Step #3 In a saucepan over low heat/flame, stir juice mixture & gelatin.
  • Step #4 When gelatin dissolves, remove this from heat & set aside to cool.
  • Step #5 In a large bowl, beat evaporated milk until thick.
  • Step #6 Add raspberries & cooled gelatin mixture & mix well.
  • Step #7 Pour mixture into a glass serving bowl.
  • Step #8 Cover up & put in the fridge until set.
  • Step #9 Turn out mold onto a serving plate.
  • Step #10 Decorate with raspberries & mint sprigs before serving.
