Six-layer Bars Recipe

Ingredients
  • 7 oz flaked coconut .
  • 1/2 c butter or margarine, melted .
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk .
  • 1 1/2 oz white chocolate, melted .
  • 3 oz semisweet chocolate, melted .
  • 1 can raspberry fruit filling (or any other fruit filling) .
  • 1 2/3 c graham cracker crumbs .
  • 1/3 c finely sliced walnuts (toasted)

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Step #2 Combine graham cracker crumbs & butter.
  • Step #3 Spread evenly over botton of 13 x 9-inch baking pan, pressing down firmly.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top coconuts over crust.
  • Step #5 Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over coconut.
  • Step #6 Bake in oven 20 to 25 mins, or until lightly browned.
  • Step #7 Spread fruit filling over coconut layer & sprinkle with walnuts.
  • Step #8 Chill 3 to 4 hrs.
  • Step #9 Drizzle dark & light chocolate over top in lacy pattern.
  • Step #10 Cut into small bars.
