Mango Spirals Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c mango chutney (Major Grey's) .
  • 1/2 c mint leaves .
  • 2 (10 inch) flour tortillas .
  • 2/3 c whipped cream cheese, at about room temp .
  • 1/2 large cucumber, peeled & sliced .
  • 1 c shredded rotisserie cooked chicken

Directions
  • Step #1 Spread the cream cheese over the tortillas, covering entirely.
  • Step #2 Spread the chutney over the cream cheese, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top the chicken, cucumber, & mint leaves on top.
  • Step #4 Roll into tight cylinders.
  • Step #5 Cut into 2-inch pieces & serve (may chill before serving.
