Flicky A Polish American Dish

• 1/3 c water .
• 4 1/2 c flour .
• 2 c milk or cream .
• 4 egg yolks .
• 6 eggs .
• 2 tbsps butter .
• 1 tbsp salt .
• 1/2 c finely sliced ham .
• butter .
• 1 c cubed ham

• Step #1 Place ham in a food processor/blender.
• Step #2 Add flour, 6 eggs, salt, butter, & water to make a stiff dough.
• Step #3 Roll out dough & cut into squares.
• Step #4 Grease a casserole.
• Step #5 Layer ham noodles & cubed ham.
• Step #6 Mix egg yolks & milk.
• Step #7 Pour over noodles.
• Step #8 Dot with butter.
• Step #9 Bake until golden at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 mins.
