Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps vegetable oil .
  • 1 tsp sugar .
  • 1 egg .
  • 2 1/2 c self-rising cornmeal .
  • 15 oz creamed corn .
  • 3/4 c milk

Directions
  • Step #1 heat oven to 450.
  • Step #2 lightly grease pan.
  • Step #3 Warm pan in oven.
  • Step #4 mix all ingrdiants in bowl.
  • Step #5 batter will be lumpy.
  • Step #6 pour mixture into pan & bake 20-25 mins or until done.
