Corn Chowder With Sausage Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (15.25 oz) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (12 fluid oz) can evaporated milk
  • 6 c peeled & cubed potatoes
  • 3 c water
  • 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 1 (14.75 oz) can creamed corn

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine potatoes, marjoram, salt, & water in a soup pot.
  • Step #2 Boil until potatoes are just tender.
  • Step #3 Brown sausage & onion in a skillet over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #4 Drain off excess fat, & add to the potatoes.
  • Step #5 Stir in the cans of corn & the evaporated milk.
  • Step #6 Heat through, & serve.
