Ingredients
  • 1 (10-oz) can sliced tomatoes with lime juice & cilantro, undrained (such as Rotel)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 (10-oz) can sliced tomatoes & green chiles, undrained (such as Rotel)
  • 3/4 c sliced red onion
  • 1/2 c minced fresh cilantro

Directions
  • Step #1 Place all the ingredients in a mixer, & process until smooth.
  • Step #2 Serve the salsa with low-fat tortilla chips.
