Ingredients
  • 1 (15-oz) can black beans, rinsed & drained
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 oz baked tortilla chips (about 40 chips)
  • 1 (4.5-oz) can sliced green chilies, drained
  • 1 (11-oz) can shoepeg white corn, drained
  • 1/3 c sliced green onions
  • 2 tbsps red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sliced fresh cilantro
  • 1 c sliced plum tomato
  • 2 tbsps olive oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine first 3 ingredients In a large-ish bowl; stir well with a whisk.
  • Step #2 Stir in tomato & next 5 ingredients (tomato through chilies).
  • Step #3 Serve with chips.
