Ingredients
1 (15-oz) can chickpeas, rinsed & drained
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 c water
1/4 c fresh lemon juice
1/3 c tahini*
3 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
Step #1 Process chickpeas in a food processor/blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
Step #2 Add garlic & remaining ingredients; pulse until mixed.
Step #3 *Tahini is sesame seed paste, found in the import sections of large supermarkets or in health food stores.
