Corn Breadeggie Bake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c milk, divided
  • 1 1/2 c frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 2/3 c French-fried onions
  • 1 (8.5 oz) package corn bread/muffin mix
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

Directions
  • Step #1 In a bowl, mix soup, 2/3 c milk & vegetables.
  • Step #2 Transfer to a greased 11-in.
  • Step #3 x 7-in.
  • Step #4 x 2-in.
  • Step #5 baking dish.
  • Step #6 In a bowl, mix corn bread mix, egg & remaining milk just until mixed.
  • Step #7 Carefully spread over vegetable mixture.
  • Step #8 Sprinkle top with onions (pan will be full).
  • Step #9 Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 mins or until lightly browned & a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
