Step #1
Preheat oil in a large, deep skillet or deep fryer.
Step #2 In a shallow dish or bowl mix together 3/4 c flour with 2 tbsps garlic powder; in a second shallow dish or bowl mix eggs & 4 tbsps garlic powder & mix together.
Step #3 In a third shallow dish or bowl mix together cornflake crumbs, remaining 1/4 c flour & remaining 2 tbsps garlic powder.
Step #4 Dip each wing in the flour mixture, crumb mixture, egg mixture then back in the crumb mixture.
Step #5 Drop carrot into hot oil; when it starts to fry, drop in the wings.
Step #6 Fry about 10 mins, or until cooked through - they'll be a deep golden color.
