Cumin Crisps Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 tbsps butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 (7-oz) package mini pita rounds, split
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp ground cumin

Directions
  • Step #1 Stir together melted butter, cumin, & lemon pepper.
  • Step #2 Cut split pitas into wedges, & brush with butter mixture.
  • Step #3 Arrange wedges on an aluminum foil wrap-lined baking sheet.
  • Step #4 Bake wedges at 375° for 15 mins or until crisp.
  • Step #5 Note: For testing purposes only, we used Toufayan White Mini Pitettes for mini pita rounds.
