Deviled Ham Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 scallions, minced
  • 1/4 c sour cream
  • 2 tbsps Creole mustard
  •  Hot sauce
  • 2 medium celery ribs, peeled & cut into 3/4-inch dice
  •  Salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsps minced tarragon
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 lb baked ham, cut into 1/2-inch dice

Directions
  • Step #1 In a food processor/blender, pulse the ham until finely sliced.
  • Step #2 Add the scallions & process to mix.
  • Step #3 In a medium bowl, mix the sour cream & mustard.
  • Step #4 Fold in the ham, celery, tarragon & cayenne.
  • Step #5 Spice up with salt & black pepper.
  • Step #6 Add a few dashes of hot sauce & set aside for at least 10 mins before serving.
