Ingredients
  •  French baguette slices
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c pitted kalamata olives
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/4 c dried tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp sliced fresh basil
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sliced garlic

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine first 4 ingredients in a small saucepan.
  • Step #2 Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat, stirring every once in awhile, & let simmer, 1 to 2 mins or until liquid is absorbed & tomatoes are plump.
  • Step #3 Process tomato mixture, & next 5 ingredients in a food processor/blender or mixer until smooth, olives, stopping to scrape down sides.
  • Step #4 Serve with French baguette slices.
