Step #1 Cut avocados in half.
Step #2 Scoop pulp into a bowl, & mash with a potato masher or fork until slightly chunky.
Step #3 Stir in sliced red onion & next 4 ingredients.
Step #4 Cover up with plastic wrap, allowing wrap to touch mixture, & let this stand at about room temp 30 mins.
Step #5 Serve guacamole with tortilla chips.
Step #6 Cilantro Guacamole: Mash avocado, & stir in the ingredients as directed.
Step #7 Stir in 3 Tbsp.
Step #8 sliced fresh cilantro & an extra 1 Tbsp.
Step #9 lime juice.
Step #10 Cover up mixture, & let this stand at about room temp 30 mins.
