Step #1 Place the eggs In a large-ish saucepan.
Step #2 Cover up with water to 1 inch above eggs; bring just to a boil.
Step #3 Remove from heat; cover & let this stand 15 mins.
Step #4 Drain & rinse with cold running water until cool.
Step #5 Slice eggs in half lengthwise, & remove yolks.
Step #6 Discard 3 yolks.
Step #7 Combine yogurt & next 4 ingredients (yogurt through salt) in a medium bowl.
Step #8 Add remaining yolks; beat with a mixer at high speed until smooth.
Step #9 Spoon about 1 tbsp yolk mixture into each egg white half.
Step #10 Cover up & chill 1 hr.
Step #11 Sprinkle top with paprika & black pepper.
Step #12 Garnish with green onions, if desired.
