Chickpea Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (19-oz) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 c plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Drop garlic through food chute with food processor/blender on, & process until minced.
  • Step #2 Add yogurt & remaining ingredients; process until smooth.
  • Step #3 Serve at about room temp.
