Fried Veggies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tsps seasoned salt
  •  Vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 c whole mushrooms
  • 2/3 c milk
  • 1 c broccoli flowerets
  • 1 c cauliflower flowerets
  • 1 c baby carrots
  • 1 c all-purpose flour

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine flour & salt in a bowl, & stir well.
  • Step #2 Combine eggs, & 1 tsp oil; add to flour mixture, milk, stirring with a wire whisk until smooth.
  • Step #3 Pour oil to depth of 2 inches into a Dutch oven; heat to 375°.
  • Step #4 Dip vegetables into batter; fry, a few at a time, until golden.
  • Step #5 Drain on paper towels.
  • Step #6 Serve with Ranch-style salad dressing, if desired.
