Ingredients
  • 4 c whole natural almonds

Directions
  • Step #1 Place almonds In a large-ish saucepan; add water to cover.
  • Step #2 Bring to a boil; reduce heat, & let simmer, uncovered, 5 to 10 mins or until crisp-tender.
  • Step #3 Drain, & plunge into ice water.
  • Step #4 Cool completely; chill on a bed of ice before serving.
  • Step #5 Remove skins to eat.
