Step #1 Put all of the ingredients in a bowl & mix well with your fingers, allowing some chunks to remain.
Step #2 Taste & adjust seasonings as you prefer.
Step #3 Serve as soon as possible or cover with plastic wrap, which should be flush with guacamole to keep air out & prevent browning, for up to 1 hr prior to serving.
Step #4 Just before serving, remove the wrap & serve this with tortilla chips.
