Dinosaur Eggs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 (6 oz) packages lime gelatin
  • 2 1/2 c boiling water
  • 1 c cold milk

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; let this stand at about room temp for 30 mins.
  • Step #2 Stir in cinnamon.
  • Step #3 In a large measuring c with a spout, beat milk & pudding mix until mixed, about 1 min.
  • Step #4 Quickly whisk into gelatin until smooth.
  • Step #5 Pour into a 13-in.
  • Step #6 x 9-in.
  • Step #7 x 2-in.
  • Step #8 pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Step #9 Refrigerate for 3 hrs or until firm.
  • Step #10 Cut into ovals or use an egg-shaped cookie cutter.
