6 peeled hard-cooked eggs
2 tsps Dijon mustard
2 tbsps plain yogurt
Squirt of lemon juice
3 tbsps mayonnaise
Paprika
Salt
Directions
Step #1 Cut eggs in half, lengthwise.
Step #2 Remove the yolks & mix them by hand with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, yogurt, & salt to taste.
Step #3 Spoon the mixture back into the whites.
Step #4 Dust with paprika.
