Classic Deviled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 peeled hard-cooked eggs
  • 2 tsps Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsps plain yogurt
  •  Squirt of lemon juice
  • 3 tbsps mayonnaise
  •  Paprika
  •  Salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut eggs in half, lengthwise.
  • Step #2 Remove the yolks & mix them by hand with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, yogurt, & salt to taste.
  • Step #3 Spoon the mixture back into the whites.
  • Step #4 Dust with paprika.
