Ingredients
  • 1/2 c whole almonds
  • 1 (3.5-oz) can flaked coconut
  • 2 tbsps water
  • 1 c raisins
  • 1/2 c sesame seeds
  • 4 c uncooked regular oats
  • 1/2 c honey
  • 1 c sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 c wheat germ
  • 1 c dried apricots, coarsely sliced
  • 1/3 c vegetable oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine first 6 ingredients In a large-ish bowl.
  • Step #2 Stir together honey, oil, & 2 tbsps water; pour over oat mixture, tossing well.
  • Step #3 Spread mixture into a lightly greased 15- x 10-inch jellyroll pan.
  • Step #4 Bake at 225° for 1 hr & 45 mins, stirring every 15 mins.
  • Step #5 Stir in apricot & raisins.
  • Step #6 Cool completely.
  • Step #7 Store in an airtight container.
