Country Brunch Skillet Ridiculously Easy Baked Eggs For Br Yogurt Deviled Eggs For Brunch Taco Eggs Southwestern Eggs With A Kick Indian Scrambled Eggs Eggs In Buttercups Shirred Eggs Eggs Benedict Tejas Creamed Eggs Eggs Royale Dilly Shrimp Deviled Eggs San Antonio Creamed Eggs Southern Scotch Eggs Eggs Bonne Femme- 3 (4-oz) packages shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 12 large eggs
- 12 thin Canadian bacon slices
- 1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 c whipping cream
- 1/4 c sliced fresh parsley
Directions
- Step #1 Place bacon in a single layer in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
- Step #2 Cover up & chill, if desired.
- Step #3 Break eggs over cheese, spacing evenly.
- Step #4 Pour whipping cream over eggs, & sprinkle with salt & pepper.
- Step #5 Bake at 425° for 10 mins.
- Step #6 Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese & paprika.
- Step #7 Bake 8 to 10 more mins or until set.
- Step #8 Remove from oven; sprinkle with parsley.
- Step #9 Let stand 10 mins before serving.
- Step #10 NOTE: CAsserole may be divided into 12 portions & served on English muffins.
