Brunch Eggs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 (4-oz) packages shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 12 large eggs
  • 12 thin Canadian bacon slices
  • 1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 c whipping cream
  • 1/4 c sliced fresh parsley

Directions
  • Step #1 Place bacon in a single layer in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
  • Step #2 Cover up & chill, if desired.
  • Step #3 Break eggs over cheese, spacing evenly.
  • Step #4 Pour whipping cream over eggs, & sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  • Step #5 Bake at 425° for 10 mins.
  • Step #6 Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese & paprika.
  • Step #7 Bake 8 to 10 more mins or until set.
  • Step #8 Remove from oven; sprinkle with parsley.
  • Step #9 Let stand 10 mins before serving.
  • Step #10 NOTE: CAsserole may be divided into 12 portions & served on English muffins.
