Step #1 Place a medium nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat until hot.
Step #2 Add 1/3 c egg substitute, spreading over bottom of skillet (do not stir).
Step #3 Top with 1/2 slice cheese.
Step #4 Sprinkle top with 1/4 tsp pepper sauce & 1/8 tsp pepper.
Step #5 Loosen the omelet with a spatula; fold each side of omelet over the center, making a square.
Step #6 Slide omelet onto plate.
Step #7 Set aside; keep warm.
Step #8 Repeat procedure with 1/3 c egg substitute, 1/2 slice cheese, 1/4 tsp pepper sauce, & 1/8 tsp pepper.
Step #9 Sprinkle top each omelet with bacon chips & parsley.
Step #10 Serve as soon as possible.
