Ingredients
  • 3/4 c 2% reduced-fat milk, chilled
  • 1/2 c vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana, cut into chunks
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c prune juice, chilled
  • 8 bite-size pitted prunes
  •  Dash of ground allspice

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine all ingredients in a mixer; process until smooth.
  • Step #2 Serve as soon as possible.
