• 2 tsps Italian seasoning
• 4 c self-rising flour
• 1 large egg, lightly beaten
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
•  Pinch of salt
•  baking spray
• 2 c lukewarm water (100° to 110°)
• 3/4 c butter, melted & cooled
• 1/4 c sugar

• Step #1 Combine first 3 ingredients In a large-ish bowl; let mixture stand 5 mins.
• Step #2 Stir in flour & next 6 ingredients until mixed.
• Step #3 Spoon into muffin pans coated with baking spray, filling two-thirds full.
• Step #4 Bake at 400° for 20 mins or until rolls are golden brown.
