Elephant Ears Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1/4 c ground cinnamon
  • 1 (10-oz) can cinnamon rolls (we tested with Pillsbury)

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine sugar & cinnamon in a small bowl.
  • Step #2 Remove rolls from can; set icing aside.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top rolls with sugar mixture, & roll each to a 6" round.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top rolls with sugar mixture again.
  • Step #5 Place rolls on lightly greased cookie sheets.
  • Step #6 Bake at 375° for 7 mins.
  • Step #7 Cool slightly on cookie sheets; drizzle icing over hot rolls, if desired.
