Corn Casserolei Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c butter, melted
  • 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (15 oz) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (8.5 oz) package dry corn bread mix
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 (11 oz) can whole niblet style corn

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Grease a 8 x12 inch casserole dish.
  • Step #3 In a mixing bowl, muffin mix, niblet corn, eggs, sour cream, mix cream corn, & butter.
  • Step #4 Pour into prepared casserole dish.
  • Step #5 Bake in a preheated oven for 30 mins or until lightly brown.
  • Step #6 Remove from the oven & sprinkle cheese over the top.
  • Step #7 Return to the oven for 15 mins or until the center is firm.
