Ingredients
  • 1 (400 g) can kidney beans .
  • 2 courgettes .
  • 2 tsps dried basil .
  • 2 garlic cloves .
  • 2 tbsps olive oil .
  • 1/2 c penne pasta .
  • 2 onions .
  • 1 (400 g) can sliced tomatoes .
  • 3 tsps chicken stock powder .
  • 1 potato .
  • 2 tsps salt .
  • 2 tsps wine vinegar .
  • 1 c water .
  • 1/2 tsp sugar .
  • 1/4 c red lentils .
  • 1/4 c barley .
  • 1 carrot .
  • 1/4 head broccoli

Directions
  • Step #1 Lightly fry sliced onion & garlic in oil.
  • Step #2 Add dried basil.
  • Step #3 Chop & add carrot, potato, courgettes, broccoli.
  • Step #4 Stir.
  • Step #5 Add remaining ingredients, stir, & let simmer for 60 mins.
  • Step #6 Serve with yoghurt.
