Cinnamon Flat Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 tsps salt
  • 3 c all-purpose flour
  • 1 c water (70 degrees to 80 degrees)
  • 2 1/4 tsps active dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp wheat germ
  • 2 tbsps nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsps molasses
  • TOPPING:
  • 1/2 c packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsps butter or margarine
  • 3 tbsps butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions
  • Step #1 In bread machine pan, place the first nine ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer.
  • Step #2 Select dough setting (check dough after 5 mins of mixing; add 1 to 2 tbsps water or flour if needed).
  • Step #3 When the cycle is completed, turn dough onto a lightly floured surface.
  • Step #4 Roll into a 14-in.
  • Step #5 circle; transfer to a lightly greased 14-in.
  • Step #6 pizza pan.
  • Step #7 Make indentations in top of dough with fingers.
  • Step #8 Spread with butter; sprinkle with brown sugar & cinnamon.
  • Step #9 Cover & let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 25 mins.
  • Step #10 Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 mins or until golden brown.
  • Step #11 Cool for 5 mins; cut into wedges & serve warm.
