Ingredients
2 garlic cloves, pressed .
4 (4 oz) bone-in lamb loin chops .
1 tbsp olive oil .
3/4 c orange juice .
1 tsp cornstarch .
2 tbsps teriyaki sauce .
1 tbsp grated orange zest .
1 1/2 tsps curry powder .
2 tbsps cold water
Directions
Step #1 In a medium skillet, warm the oil & brown lamb chops on all sides; drain excess fat.
Step #2 Combine the orange juice, orange peel, teriyaki sauce, curry & garlic; pour over lamb.
Step #3 Cover up & let simmer for 15 to 20 mins or until meat is tender.
Step #4 Remove the chops & keep warm while preparing the sauce.
Step #5 Combine the cornstarch & water until smooth; stir in theto pan drippings.
Step #6 Bring to a boil & cook, stirring constantly for 2 mins or until thickened.
Step #7 Serve chops on top of cooked rice or couscous & pour gravy over.
