Chile Egg Puff Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp baking powder .
  • 2 (4 oz) cans sliced green chilies .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1 lb shredded monterey jack cheese .
  • 1 pint cottage cheese .
  • 1/2 c flour .
  • 10 eggs .
  • 1/2 c melted butter

Directions
  • Step #1 in a bowl with an electric mixer, beat the eggs until lemon colored.
  • Step #2 add other ingredients, except chilies, & mix until smooth; add chilies last.
  • Step #3 pour this into a well-buttered 9x13 baking dish.
  • Step #4 bake this at 350 for 35 mins until top is golden brown.
