Ingredients
1 tsp baking powder .
2 (4 oz) cans sliced green chilies .
1/2 tsp salt .
1 lb shredded monterey jack cheese .
1 pint cottage cheese .
1/2 c flour .
10 eggs .
1/2 c melted butter
Directions
Step #1 in a bowl with an electric mixer, beat the eggs until lemon colored.
Step #2 add other ingredients, except chilies, & mix until smooth; add chilies last.
Step #3 pour this into a well-buttered 9x13 baking dish.
Step #4 bake this at 350 for 35 mins until top is golden brown.
