Ingredients
  • 1/4 c sugar .
  • 125 g butter .
  • 2 tsps ground ginger .
  • 1 c plain flour .
  • 1 tsp ground ginger .
  • Base .
  • 2 tbsps golden syrup .
  • Icing .
  • 1 tsp baking powder .
  • 2 tbsps butter .
  • 1 tbsp water .
  • 2 c icing sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix base together & cook at 180C for 10 mins.
  • Step #2 While base is cooking heat butter, golden syrup, ginger, & water.
  • Step #3 Remove from heat & add Icing sugar.
