Peanut Ramen Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lemon .
  • 1 tbsp of grated ginger .
  • 1 1/2 c water .
  • 1/4 c peanut butter .
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed .
  • 1 (3 oz) package ramen noodles (not the fancy kind, just normal beef or chicken or something) .
  • 1 (6 oz) can tuna, drained .
  • red pepper flakes (optional) .
  • 1 (16 oz) can peas

Directions
  • Step #1 Boil the water, the garlic, liquid from the peas, the ginger & the red pepper flakes in a saucepan.
  • Step #2 When the mixture comes to a boil, add the seasoning packet from the ramen & the noodles as well as the peas.
  • Step #3 Bring it all back up to a boil.
  • Step #4 Turn off the element & let it sit for five mins so that the noodles absorb the water & the peas heat through.
  • Step #5 At the end, stir in the the peanut butter, the tuna & the juice from the lemon.
