Chunky Crawfish Spread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 medium green pepper, finely sliced
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 small onion, finely sliced
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lb frozen cooked crawfish tails, thawed
  • 1/2 tsp Creole seasoning
  • 6 drops hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 medium sweet red bell pepper, minced
  • Assorted crackers

Directions
  • Step #1 Chop crawfish; pat dry.
  • Step #2 In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese.
  • Step #3 Add the peppers, garlic, Creole seasoning, onion, salt & hot pepper sauce; stir in the the crawfish.
  • Step #4 Cover & put in the fridge for at least 2 hrs.
  • Step #5 Serve with crackers.
