Ingredients
1 medium green pepper, finely sliced
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 small onion, finely sliced
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb frozen cooked crawfish tails, thawed
1/2 tsp Creole seasoning
6 drops hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 medium sweet red bell pepper, minced
Assorted crackers
Directions
Step #1 Chop crawfish; pat dry.
Step #2 In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese.
Step #3 Add the peppers, garlic, Creole seasoning, onion, salt & hot pepper sauce; stir in the the crawfish.
Step #4 Cover & put in the fridge for at least 2 hrs.
Step #5 Serve with crackers.
