Ingredients
  • 2 tsps sliced fresh dill
  • 2 tsps Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1 (3 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, quartered
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 tbsp finely sliced onion
  • Pinch white pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsps lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 In a mixer, mix first five ingredients; process until smooth.
  • Step #2 Add egg quarters, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Step #3 Add cram cheese, salt & pepper; process until creamy.
  • Step #4 Stir in dill if desired.
