Yorkshire Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 c all-purpose flour .
  • 3 large eggs .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1/4 c milk

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 425F degrees.
  • Step #2 Add milk, flour, salt & egg alternately until all absorbed.
  • Step #3 Refrigerate for 1 or more hrs.
  • Step #4 Spray muffin tins well with cooking oil.
  • Step #5 Add 1/2 tsp of oil to each muffin ring.
  • Step #6 Pour in mixture to 3/4 full.
  • Step #7 Do not scrape bowl.
  • Step #8 Bake at 425F degrees for 20 mins.
  • Step #9 Leaving the puddings in the oven, reduce heat to 325F degrees for an extra 15 to 20 mins.
  • Step #10 Serve as soon as possible.
