• 3 slices bacon .
• 1 tbsp butter .
• 1 1/2 c soft breadcrumbs .
• salt .
• 1/2 tsp thyme .
• 1/2 tsp basil .
• 2 small onions, finely sliced .
• 2 tbsps sliced parsley .
• 1 egg, beaten .
• pepper

• Step #1 Cook bacon until just crisp.
• Step #2 Add the butter & onion.
• Step #3 Cook until the onion is soft, but not brown.
• Step #4 Mix into breadcrumbs with the herbs.
• Step #5 Add salt/pepper to taste.
• Step #6 Add the beaten egg.
• Step #7 Mix well.
