Ingredients
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 dash soy sauce
1/2 c finely shredded cabbage
1 (14 oz) package spring roll wrappers
1 dash hot pepper sauce
1 small onion, grated
1 small carrot, grated
1/4 c barbeque sauce
1 quart oil for deep frying
2 (10 oz) cans chunk chicken, drained & flaked
Directions
Step #1 Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large, heavy saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step #2 In a medium bowl, cabbage, barbeque sauce, mix together chicken, onion, hot pepper sauce, carrot, soy sauce & Worcestershire sauce.
Step #3 Place approximately 1 tbsp of the chicken mixture in the center of spring roll wrappers.
Step #4 Moisten fingers with water, & wet the edges of the wrappers.
Step #5 Roll around the filling.
Step #6 Press seams to seal.
Step #7 In small batches, deep fry the spring rolls 3 to 5 mins, or until golden brown.
Step #8 Drain on paper towels.
Step #9 .
