Step #1 Dissolve yeast, sugar & water & set aside.
Step #2 Beat eggs.
Step #3 Measure flour into mixing bowl & add salt.
Step #4 Make a well in the flour, pour yeast mixture, eggs & other ingredients.
Step #5 Beat in circular motion until the dough is soft.
Step #6 Cover up, let raise until double.
Step #7 Turn dough over but do not punch down.
Step #8 Cover up & let raise again.
Step #9 Heat oil to 375 degrees & drop dough by tsp full into oil & cook this until brown.
Step #10 Shake in brown bag with sugar.
Step #11 Best when hot.
Step #12 Note: If the malasadas have a tendency to come out with the center still doughy, turn the heat down on the oil which will allow them to cook longer.
