Pink Adobe Magic Package Chicken Recipe

Step #1 Preheat oven to 375°F Cut 6 pieces of foil wrap large enough to make an envelope for each cicken breast.
Step #2 Butter the foil wrap with 2 tbsps of the butter.
Step #3 Make a paste with the remaining butter & flour & set aside.
Step #4 Mix the milk, wine & chicken broth together in a saucepan & bring to a boil.
Step #5 Add the butter-flour paste & stir until smooth.
Step #6 Reduce heat to low & when boiling has stopped, carefully stir in the the egg yolk making sure not to let the mixture boil.
Step #7 Remove from heat & add cayenne pepper, nutmeg, ground pepper, cloves, mushrooms & chives.
Step #8 Lay each chicken breast on a square of buttered foil wrap & divide the sauce evenly over each breast.
Step #9 Fold edges of foil wrap & seal being careful to leave a little room for expansion.
Step #10 Bake for 10 mins.
Step #11 Serve wrapped in foil wrap & let your guests open their own.
