Ingredients
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 pinch salt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
6 eggs
1/2 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
1 c white sugar
2 c milk
Directions
Step #1 Beat eggs with a whisk.
Step #2 Beat in sugar, milk, & salt.
Step #3 Pour filling into pie crust.
Step #4 Sprinkle top nutmeg & cinnamon on top.
Step #5 Bake at 425F degrees F (220 degrees C) for 15 mins.
Step #6 Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), & continue baking for an extra 45 mins.
