Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
  • 1 c white sugar
  • 2 c milk

Directions
  • Step #1 Beat eggs with a whisk.
  • Step #2 Beat in sugar, milk, & salt.
  • Step #3 Pour filling into pie crust.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top nutmeg & cinnamon on top.
  • Step #5 Bake at 425F degrees F (220 degrees C) for 15 mins.
  • Step #6 Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), & continue baking for an extra 45 mins.
