• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
• 6 eggs
• 2 medium green peppers, sliced
• 1 c milk
• 3 c sliced zucchini
• 6 plum tomatoes, seeded & sliced
• 2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1 c biscuit/baking mix
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 c frozen cut green beans, thawed & drained

• Step #1 Place beans & peppers in a greased 13-in.
• Step #2 x 9-in.
• Step #3 x 2-in.
• Step #4 baking dish.
• Step #5 Top with tomatoes, cheese & zucchini.
• Step #6 In a bowl, mix the biscuit mix, salt, cayenne, eggs & milk just until moistened.
• Step #7 Pour over the vegetables.
• Step #8 Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 55-60 mins or until puffed & a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
• Step #9 Let stand for 10 mins before serving.
