Ingredients
  • 7 c cornbread, torn into bite size pieces (I used Southern Country Cornbread) .
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper .
  • 1/4 c sweet pickle juice .
  • 1 c mayonnaise .
  • 1/4 c red bell peppers, sliced .
  • 1/4 c dill pickles, sliced .
  • 2 small tomatoes, seeded & sliced .
  • 1/4 c sweet pickles, sliced .
  • 1/4 c green bell peppers, sliced .
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled .
  • 1/3-1/2 c red onions, sliced .
  • 1 dash ground red pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet pickle juice & peppers & set aside.
  • Step #2 In a large bowl mix the remaining ingredients, tossing well.
  • Step #3 Add the dressing mix to the cornbread mixture just before serving.
  • Step #4 Enjoy.
