Ingredients
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten .
  • 1/2 c butter, melted .
  • 1 (8 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained .
  • 1 (8 oz) container sour cream .
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz) package corn muffin mix .
  • 1 (8 oz) can cream-style corn

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine all ingredients, stirring just until muffin mix is moistened.
  • Step #2 Pour batter into a lightly greased 11-x7 inch baking dish.
  • Step #3 Bake at 350F for 35 to 40 mins or until golden.
