Tee's Corn Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c butter or margarine, melted .
  • 6 large eggs .
  • 6 c fresh corn kernels .
  • 3 tbsps all-purpose flour .
  • 1 1/2 tsps salt .
  • 2 c whipping cream .
  • 1/4 c sugar .
  • 2 tsps baking powder

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine first 4 ingredients.
  • Step #2 Whisk together eggs, whipping cream, & butter.
  • Step #3 Gradually add sugar mixture, whisking until smooth; stir in the corn.
  • Step #4 Pour mixture into a lightly greased 13 by 9 inch baking dish.
  • Step #5 Bake at 350° for 45 mins or until golden brown & set.
  • Step #6 Let stand 5 mins.
