Deviled Eggsi Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 leaves of lettuce
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp prepared mustard
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp paprika

Directions
  • Step #1 Place eggs in a pot of salted water.
  • Step #2 Bring the water to a boil, & let eggs cook in boiling water until they are hard boiled, approximately 10 to 15 mins.
  • Step #3 Drain eggs, & let cool.
  • Step #4 Once cool, remove the shell, cut the eggs in half lengthwise & scoop out the yolks.
  • Step #5 Place the yolks in a medium-size mixing bowl & mash them.
  • Step #6 Blend in vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, salt & pepper.
  • Step #7 You may need to add more mayonnaise to hold the mixture together, but it should be slightly dry.
  • Step #8 Carefully put the egg yolk mixture back into the egg whites but do not pack it.
  • Step #9 There will be enough mixture so the whites are overfilled.
  • Step #10 Sprinkle top with paprika.
  • Step #11 Place on bed of lettuce and/or garnish with parsley.
  • Step #12 Cool before serving.
