Norma's Sage Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients
  • 46 oz chicken broth .
  • 2 c sliced celery .
  • 2 tbsps ground sage .
  • 4 (14 oz) packages pepperidgefarm croutons .
  • 1 1/2 c sliced onions .
  • 1 lb butter

Directions
  • Step #1 Saute onion & celery in butter til tender.
  • Step #2 Mix sage with dry croutons.
  • Step #3 Heat broth.
  • Step #4 Mix all ingredients together.
  • Step #5 This will stuff a 20 lb bird or bake alone in 325F degree oven for 45 mins to one hr.
